Leigh Wager is an experienced product executive with more than 15 years leading multi-product portfolios, large-scale platform transformations, and commercialization strategies across healthcare technology. As Vice President of Product at BrightInsight, Leigh drives product vision, roadmap strategy, and cross-functional alignment to bring digital health solutions to market—advancing patient support, provider engagement, and commercial outcomes for global biopharma partners.
Before joining BrightInsight, Leigh served as Vice President of Product Management at Ensora Health, a PE-backed behavioral health SaaS portfolio. There, she led the transformation of 17 acquired platforms into a unified, customer-centric product portfolio—embedding AI and innovation into the roadmap, improving retention and NPS, and strengthening market differentiation. She introduced new operating structures, clarified ownership across teams, and aligned product investment decisions to long-term growth and scalability.
Before joining Ensora, Leigh served as Senior Vice President of Product and Go-to-Market at MedBridge, where she directed product strategy and commercialization across emerging digital patient care and clinical education solutions. She played a pivotal role in evolving the company from a single-product education platform into a multi-solution digital health enterprise—growing revenue from a bootstrapped startup to a private equity backed organization, and expanding into new clinical markets. Her leadership accelerated customer value, strengthened commercial impact, and positioned the company for long-term scale.
Leigh also advises venture-backed AI and digital health startups on product-market fit, commercialization, and operational readiness. Her consulting work includes guiding founders through GTM design, early segmentation, pilot strategy, and Series A positioning—helping teams translate clinical insight and emerging technology into scalable, market-ready products.
Leigh holds a Master of Arts in International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Geological & Environmental Sciences from Stanford University.
