Director, Strategy and Operations.
I have spent most of my life in New York. Born in Brooklyn, raised in Westchester and schooled in Manhattan where I have lived all but 3 years of my post-college life. I spent first few years of my career at IBM. After business school, I spent a few years in management consulting where I focused on a mix of technology, public health, and biopharma clients. BrightInsight has been an incredible opportunity to work across all those areas at once.
I celebrate every major accomplishment with a burger and fries from Five Guys.
There’s no place like home. The great thing about staying in NY is that everyone I have built a relationship with over the course of my life, be they from elementary school or graduate school, either still lives here or passes through on a regular basis, which makes it easy to maintain connections to people. And of course, the energy of New York City can’t be matched.
Trust each other and display integrity in everything we do
Trust is a key but often underappreciated part of a dynamic, effective, and positive work culture. When you know that you are trusted and can trust your team know that everyone around you wants to do the right thing, you feel empowered and supported to take on big challenges but also ask for help when you need it.
You are encouraged to jump in and help solve problems regardless of your background. That has given me to chance to work with and learn from a wide variety of amazing folks with deep expertise in various functions across the product lifecycle.
Outside of work, I am a bit of a fitness buff. As a former college track & field athlete, I still love to run but have also mixed in cycling and bootcamps over the past few years. And when I can get out west, I love to hit the slopes.
